Double Trouble???

Everyone loves Bank Holiday Weekends, and this month we have two of them to enjoy!  However, a four day week means it's more important than ever to utilise your time.

So how do make the most of your time without missing out on those three day weekends?  You'll be pleased to hear, the answer is not to

catch up on work during weekends and evenings!

A personal assistant from Obsidian will allow you to do just that!  This flexible way of working means you only pay for the services you use, as and when you want them.

We'll handle anything from general administrative  services to mail shots, allowing you to get on with the important stuff, and outsource the rest!

Your own personal assistant without the cost of employing them!

This month's top tip comes from Obsidian's Senior Receptionist Zoë.

Keep Your Customers Happy

At times like this you need to cement your key relationships with customers. It is not just about keeping customers happy; It's about working together and understanding their needs.

Focus on high quality customer service and don't be tempted to cut corners. This will help retain your client base, increase client traffic and differentiate your business from your competitors.

Client Spotlight...

This month we've decided to spotlight MacKenzie Jones Solicitor's very own novelist Andrew Foley Jones; we're never suprised by the talent we find within the Business Centre!

Seductive Amoebae is the first novel by Obsidian based lawyer and Chester resident - Andrew Foley Jones.

Set in an anonymous modern day city - a canyon of buildings and billboards and streets and stores - Seductive Amoebae follows the demise of Thomas Paul - handsome wealthy and successful - Indulging in the excesses that engulf and suffocate him - It is discovered that Thomas Paul's wife has taken part in a pilot study for a new fertility drug - she dies giving birth to a horribly disfigured child - Paul discovers the drug was issued due to pressure from Filodade - the corporation that created the drug to achieve a launch date - Politicians and government scientists have it transpires a commercial interest in Filodade - The drug is introduced in a media whirl despite warnings it is not ready for public consumption - Embarking  on what he perceives to be a campaign of natural retribution against Filodade and ultimately against society - the paths of Paul - his daughter and the CEO of Filodade

- Edward Mansfield inadvertently cross and entangle culminating in a chaotic - violent - deprived - frenzied and disturbing finale.
